1. Duplicate Layers/Adjust Levels
2. Push Blacks over to Cyan/Blue
3. Lower Saturation
4. Bump up lightness
5. Set hard light at 20% opacity
6. Create New layer
7. Drag and Drop black bars on top and bottom with Paint Bucket Tool
8. Duplicate Layer
9. Gauss Blur 5%
10. Add Noise (Uniform monochrome 2.3%)
11. Merge Visible
12. Dupe Layer/Unsharpen Mask 200%
To 'Letterbox' the image:
1. Multiply the width of the image by 0.75
2. Go to >Image>Canvas Size>Set the height to that same number
3. Set Canvas Extension Color to: Black
